Mind and Body DPC is a private membership practice. The panel is deliberately small, the appointments are unhurried, and your primary care and your mental health are held by the same practice instead of split across two.
No cost to join the list. No card, no commitment.
An insurance-based visit allows roughly seven minutes once the charting and the coding are accounted for. Complicated people do not fit inside seven minutes.
You call when something is wrong and you are offered a slot next month. So you wait, or you start over with a stranger at urgent care. Neither of those is being cared for.
Anxiety, sleep, burnout and mood get referred out to a separate waitlist, a separate bill, and someone who has never seen your labs.
Most of what walks into a primary care office has a mental health component, and most of what walks into a therapist's office has a physical one. Splitting them across two practices, two waitlists and two bills makes both harder to solve.
Mind and Body is built the other way. Primary care and mental health care sit inside the same membership, in the same chart, with the same practice. Nothing gets referred into a void.
You pay the practice, not an insurer. Nobody outside the room decides how long your appointment runs or what is worth discussing in it.
A traditional practice carries thousands of patients. This one is capped, which is what makes a long appointment and same-day care possible rather than aspirational.
Message, call, or come in. Much of what you would once have waited a week for gets settled the same day, often without a visit at all.
A membership here is not health insurance and does not replace it. It covers your primary care and mental health care with this practice. You should still carry coverage for hospital stays, surgery, specialists and emergencies. Most members pair a membership with a high deductible plan.
That number is the whole model. It is small enough that the practice can hold both halves of your care properly, and it means enrollment will close. Founding members join at the opening rate and keep it, take first choice of appointment times, and shape what this practice becomes before a single wall goes up.
We will email you when the opening date, the location and final rates are set. That is the only reason we will email you.
One email is all it takes.
Email us and we will add you to the founding list. Tell us your first name, your zip code, and whether you are asking for yourself or for a household. Nothing else.

Early 2027 in Los Angeles. We will confirm the month and the neighborhood with the waitlist before we announce it anywhere else.
No. A membership covers your care with this practice. It does not cover hospital stays, surgery, specialists or emergencies, so you should still carry a health plan. Many members use a high deductible plan alongside a membership.
We do not bill insurance. That is what lets us keep the panel small and the appointments long. You can still use your insurance everywhere else, including for labs, imaging, medications and specialists.
It means the conversation happens here rather than being referred out by default. The scope of what we handle in house, and what we coordinate with a specialist, will be published in full before enrollment opens.
Founding member pricing will be confirmed with the waitlist before enrollment opens. Founding members keep their rate for as long as the membership stays active.
No. Joining the waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Nobody is charged until the practice opens and you choose to enroll.
Yes. Household and family memberships will be offered. Tell us in your email who you are asking for and we will send you the right details.
Reply to any email we send, or write to hello@mindandbodydpc.com, and we will take you off the list. Memberships themselves will be month to month with no contract.
Founding memberships are how this practice gets built. Add your name and we will keep you posted as it comes together.
